This study used quantitative methods which means to explain the influence between the variables studied, type of the research is expalanatory while the method of collecting data through questionnaires. The subjects were employees of atria hotel and conference amounted 114 employees, and can be determined number of samples of 55 respondents. Based on the calculation results can be determined by the results of the F-count 6.957 larger than 3,16 (F-table) and a significance level of 0.002 is smaller than the level of significance 0.05, so it can be concluded material incentive and non-material incentives have the simultaneous effect on employee motivation. From the calculation of material incentives have the t-test of -0.730 and probability value 0.469 which means that incentives are not materially significant influence on employee motivation. From the calculation results also show non material incentives have amounted to 3.066 t-test and a probability value of 0.003, which means non-material incentives significantly influence employee motivation." @default.
