Elimination of Etofenamate into Milk The appearance of etofenamate in the milk of goats after i.m. and oral application and in the milk of nursing women after oral application was investigated. After an oral dose of 65 mg/kg, goat milk contained 20–60 μg etofenamate plus one metabolite of etofenamate/1 milk. Women, after 300 mg etofenamate p.o., excreted a total of 1–14 μg flufenamic acid in their milk. These amounts are not of any practical importance. Etofenamate can therefore be used by nursing women." @default.
