The band gap and near‐band‐gap emission of 4.9% In‐doped Bi VO 4 nanoparticles are larger than those of the rest of the nanomaterials. The charge‐transfer resistance of 4.9% In‐doped Bi VO 4 is the least. In‐doping enhances visible‐light photocatalytic activity." @default.
