He is well known for his lectures and books on human-centered design, including The Psychology of Everyday Things, and “Things That Make Us Smart. His latest book, The Invisible Computer: Why Good Products Can Fail, the Personal Computer Is So Complex, and Information Appliances Are the Solution” was published by MIT Press in October, 1998.
