Carbon sequestration during the photosynthesis process via plant biomass is the extent of this atmospheric gas. In this study for survey of the Influences of grazing and enclosure on carbon sequestration potential Puccenilia distans and soil carbon sequestration, the Gomishan wetland was selected. In both regions, two 50 m transects were placed and 10 points per transect were selected by method of random-systematically and at any point, the nearest species was gathered. Finally samples were transported to the laboratory for estimating the index Conversion of carbon sequestration by ash-method. Also for soil sampling, 10 samples into enclosure and same out of enclosure. The results showed that number of the total organs Coefficient of Conversion of carbon sequestration P. distans in within the enclosure is more than grazed treatment. Index conversion of carbon sequestration of stem in both enclosure and grazed treatment more than other organs. The amount of carbon Sequestration of P. distans Comparison grazed with the enclosure region was significantly different (p<0.05). The amount of Carbon sequestration among the aerial phytomass and underground phytomass enclosure region is more than grazed region. The amount of carbon Sequestration in the aboveground phytomass is more than underground phytomass, and this difference is statistically significant. Average stored carbon in the soil in the enclosure region is more than grazed region and this difference is statistically significant (p<0.05). Therefore enclosure has been able to effectively influence on soil and vegetation carbon sequestration." @default.
