- W2118496064 abstract "This paper is devoted to the coded MC-CDMA uplink radio mobile system. We introduce two performance improvement techniques into the channel estimator of the existed iterative PIC detection and iterative channel estimation receiver(10). One is the weighted delay profile algorithm for the pilot aided channel estimation; another is the optimization of the polynomial order according to the mobile speed. The outputs of the channel decoders are used as the input of the feedback loop. The simulation results show that an important performance improvement is obtained. In this paper, we will consider the weighted delay profile algorithm for the pilot aided channel estimation and just the delay profile algorithm (no weighted) for the pilot and data aided channel estimation. The reason is the weighted delay profile estimated channel frequency coefficient is biased and not adapted for the iterative purpose. We will also propose a new polynomial order strategy which depends on the mobile speed. The rest of this paper is organized as follows. In Section II we give a system description. Section III describes weighted and not delay profile pilot channel estimations. Iterative channel estimation technique is presented in Section IV. The simulation parameters and results and the system consideration are given in Section V. Conclusions are drawn, in Section VI." @default.
