- W2119460033 abstract "Three transplantable kidney adenocarcinomas were induced in Buffalo strain rats ingesting 4′-fluoro-4-biphenylacetamide. Although all are comparatively slowly growing, these three transplantable neoplasms have different growth rates. Histologically, they are well-differentiated adenocarcinomas, composed of generally uniform cells resembling kidney tubular cells, and they appear to be only slightly deviated from normal kidney tissue. Focal microscopic lesions similar to the larger neoplasms were noted in other portions of the kidneys in which the tumors developed. No pulmonary metastases have been observed." @default.
