- W2123808649 abstract "ダイズの莢先熟の発生には開花期以降の高温とそれによる莢実器官の発達の不良が関与している可能性がある. ダイズ6品種を温度傾斜型チャンバー(TGC)内およびそれに隣接する畑圃場で栽培し, 温度環境が個体ごとの収量関連諸形質および成熟整合性程度に及ぼす影響を調査した. TGC内は, 生育前半にはほぼ外気温条件に保ち, その後全品種が開花期に達した時期から成熟期まで4つの温度区(T1～T4区で平均気温23.1～25.8°C)を設けた. 1花当り精粒数, 1粒重および株当り収量は高温区ほど低下する傾向があり, T4区はT1区に比べてそれぞれ13, 10および17％低い値を示した. しかし, 莢先熟の発生には温度処理区で有意差はみられなかった. TGC内の調査個体および同時に隣接圃場で栽培した全個体の調査結果から, 莢先熟個体(成熟整合性程度2以下)と正常成熟個体(同3以上)の成熟期諸形質の平均値を品種ごとに比較した. ほぼすべての品種において, 花痕＋莢数, 着莢率, 1莢当り粗粒数および完全粒歩合にはグループ間に明瞭な差異はなかった. これに対して主茎長, 地上部乾物重および精粒乾物重は, 莢先熟個体が正常個体よりも平均して15～28％大きい傾向があった. 以上より, 生殖成長期間における約3°Cの温度上昇がダイズの莢実器官の発達と収量形成に悪影響を与えることがわかった. しかし, そのことが莢先熟発生の増加につながる直接的な原因とはいえなかった." @default.
