The results indicated that maize (Zea mays, L.) hybrid Single Cross 10 can identify with tallest plants and more stem diameter, highest number of tassel branches, tallest tassel branches, highest number o f leav es /p lan t,talles t b lad e aer-b earin g leaf , w id th s b lad e aer-b earin g leaf, more an th o cy an in co lo ratio n of sreath in the m iddle o f plant, highest n umber of ears/ p lant, tallest ears, more e ar diameter, highest number of rows/ear and number of kernels/ row, more angle between blade and stem (on leaf just above upper ear),h ig h e s t o il percentage and peroxide number compared with s tudied hybrids . Single Cros s 122 could recognize with heavies t anthocyanin coloration of b race roots , h ighes t number o f d ays to 50% tasseling and number of days to 50% silking, highest i odine v alue a nd refractive i ndex of oil as well as specific weight of seeds compared with other studied hybrids. Results showed that Giza 45 cotton variety can identify by tallest p lants and more n umber of leaves/plant, highest n umber of branches/plant a nd number of bolls/ p lant, more o il percentage a nd color of oil (reed color and yellow color ) as well as specific w eight o f seeds compared with studied cotton varieties. Giza 8 5 variety could recognize w ith highest iodine value, acid value, saponification value and ester value compared with other studied varieties. It c ould be s ummarized that morphological and physical-chemical characteristics of maize a nd cotton varieties identification will allow breeders to identify accessions with desirable c haracterization to new varieties production for keeping varieties for higher oil productivity.
