• W2131053686 abstract "El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo estudiar el malestar psicologico que el diagnostico prenatal de anomalia congenita puede producir en la mujer embarazada. En la ultima decada multiples estudios han abordado el diagnostico prenatal. Este trabajo, mediante el analisis de bibliografia actualizada en ingles y espanol con el metodo de revision bibliografica, ofrece un conocimiento claro sobre el impacto de dicho diagnostico. Esta revision plantea un recorrido que aborda la delicada situacion del diagnostico prenatal a partir de tres ejes fundamentales. En primer lugar se estudia el impacto en la mujer embarazada principalmente en terminos de malestar, factores de riesgo y factores protectores. En segundo lugar se indaga sobre el involucramiento de este impacto a nivel familiar y su relacion con el malestar psicologico de la madre. The objective of this presentation is to study the psychological distress that pregnant women undergo when they receive a prenatal diagnosis of congenital malformation.This study reviews literature on this topic from English and Spanish language publications of the last decade. The analysis is made according to three fundamental categories.The first category deals with the pregnant woman and her psychological distress. The second category deals with the psychological impact that the diagnoses generates in the family circle and the way in which this affects the mother’s distress.
