• W2142583256 abstract "<span class=fett>Fragestellung:</span> Untersucht werden die pathogenetischen Verbindungen zwischen der ADHS und einem Substanzmissbrauch. </p><p><span class=fett>Methodik:</span> Es erfolgte eine Zusammenstellung der Literatur auf der Basis einer Medline-Recherche. </p><p> <span class=fett>Ergebnisse:</span> Pathogenetische Verbindungen zwischen beiden Störungsbildern bestehen in genetischen und neurobiologischen Faktoren, einer misserfolgsgeleiteten Sozialisierung mit Abgleiten in eine delinquent-dissoziale Subkultur, und Störungen des Sozialverhaltens. Das komorbide Vorliegen beider Störungen erschwert die Behandlung, da häufigere Therapieabbrüche und eine geringere Behandlungsmotivation beobachtet werden. Zudem kann bei Vorliegen beider Störungsbilder eine Psychostimulanzienmedikation wegen des erhöhten Suchtpotenzials nur mit Zurückhaltung eingesetzt werden.</p><p> <span class=fett>Schlussfolgerungen:</span> Es erfolgt eine hierarchische Behandlungskonzeption mit primärer Betonung der Substanzmissbrauchsproblematik. Zudem sind multimodale Interventionen erforderlich mit medikamentösen, kognitiv-verhaltenstherapeutischen und sozialpsychiatrischen Aspekten." @default.
