- W2143670115 abstract "주요한 꽃차의 재료로 이용되고 있는 백목련, 매화 및 홍화의 성분 및 생리활성 차이를 검토하고자 폴리페놀 함량, 플라보노이드 함량, 카테킨류 함량 및 항산화성을 분석하였다. 각종 시료의 에탄올 추출물로부터 총 페놀 함량을 Folin-Denis 방법으로 측정한 결과 표준물질을 catechin, chlorogenic acid, tannic acid로 각각 달리하여 측정한 결과 백목련이 72.6 ~ 118.0 mg/kg 범위로 가장 높게 나타났고 그 다음이 매화와 홍화 순으로 나타났다. 한편, 총 플라보노이드 함량은 백목련이 25.1 mg/kg으로 높게 나타났으나 다른 꽃과의 유의적인 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 항산화성을 알아보기 위해 DPPH 라디컬 소거능을 측정한 결과 250 mg/kg의 추출물 농도에서 백목련과 매화는 각각이 93.0과 92.6%로 높게 나타났으나, 홍화는 23.0%로 낮은 활성을 보였다. 총 catechin 함량에 있어서 백목련이 총 8종의 카테킨류 중 6종의 화합물이 함유되어 있었고 9,425.5 mg/kg으로 가장 높게 나타났고, 매화와 홍화는 각각 5종과 2종의 화합물이 함유되어 각각 3,407.8과 190.6 mg/kg으로 낮게 나타났다. 한편 카페인 함량은 매화에서 비타민 C함량은 매화와 홍화가 가장 높은 함량을 보였다. 백목련 꽃은 다른 꽃에 비해 폴리페놀과 플라보노이드 함량이 높고 항산화성이 높아 유망한 기능성 꽃차로서 이용성이 높을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 꽃차의 총 페놀, 총 플라보노이드 및 총 카테킨류 함량은 그들의 항산화성과의 높은 상관계수를 보임으로써 연관성이 높음을 알 수 있었다. Contents of phenolics, flavonoids, and catechins, and antioxidant activity were investigated in the ethanol extracts of three different flower species, Magnolia denudata, Prunus mume, Carthamus tinctorius. Total phenolics were more present in M. denudata than P. mume or C. tinctorius, ranging from 72.6 to 118.0 mg/kg (p < 0.05). Total flavonoids level had same tendency to total phenolics content, showing highest amount (25.1 mg/kg) in M. denudata. The antioxidant activity of the methanol extracts from all the flowers dose-dependently increased. DPPH free radical scavenging activity at 250 mg/kgwas higher in M. denudata and P. mume by 93.0 and 92.6%, respectively, than C. tinctorius by 23.0% (p < 0.05). Total catechins content including 6 compounds was higher in M. denudate (9,425.5 mg/kg) than that in P. mume or C. tinctorius (3,407.8 or 190.6 mg/kg). However, P. mume extracts showed highest amount in caffeine as well as vitamine C. DPPH radical scavenging activity in three different flowers was highly correlated with contents of total phenolics (<TEX>$r^2=0.7994$</TEX>), total flavonoids (<TEX>$r^2=0.9131$</TEX>), and total catechins (<TEX>$r^2=0.5929$</TEX>), and their content and activities were different depending on species." @default.
