The temperature dependences of the relative signal intensity and the line width of the ESR signal are investigated in both the samples. By the measurement of the temperature dependent relative intensity of the ESR signal of the V center the ionization energy of the V center is obtained. An analysis of the temperature dependence of the line width of the ESR signal of the V center in the Bi2O3-doped ZnO ceramics shows that V centers produced by reducing subsequent heat treatment are localized at the boundary layer of the ZnO grains in high local concentrations. Zur Untersuchung des Sauerstoffhaushalts in der ZnO-Keramik werden EPR-Messungen an undotierter ZnO-Keramik und an durch reduzierendes Tempern nachbehandelter Bi2O3-dotiertet ZnO-Keramik durchgeführt. Es werden die Temperaturabhängigkeiten der relativen Intensität und der Linienbreite des EPR-Signals des V-Zentrums in den beiden Proben untersucht. Aus der Temperaturabhängigkeit der relativen Intensität des EPR-Signals des V-Zentrums kann die Ionisationsenergie des V-Zentrums bestimmt werden. Eine Analyse der Temperaturabhängigkeit der Linienbreite des Signals des V-Zentrums in der Bi2O3-dotierten ZnO-Keramik zeigt, daß durch reduzierend wirkende thermische Nachbehandlung V-Zentren in den Kornrandschichten der ZnO-Körner in hohen lokalen Konzentrationen erzeugt werden." @default.
