En se basant theoriquement sur un modele simple d'interdiffusion, nous avons calcule un facteur de frequence Do = 1,27 × 10−13 cm2/s et une energie d'activation Q = 0,2 eV dans le domaine de temperature 400 a 600°C. Au dela de 600°C aucune variation parametrique n'est signalee et le nickel se trouve sous forme d'oxyde.To illustrate the phenomena of interdiffusion in thin films the couples Au/Ni are studied and the influence of heat treatment on the interface configuration grain morphologie and on the lattice parameters of the deposit and the substrate is looked for. Based on a simple model of interdiffusion the frequency factor Do and the activation energy Q for diffusion are calculated in the temperature range of 400 to 600°C to Do = 1.27 × 10−13 cm2/s, Q = 0.2 eV. Beyond 600°C, no lattice variation is noted and nickel becomes oxidised." @default.
