- W2151847456 abstract "Open-circuit thermally stimulated currents (TSC) from positively corona-charged high-density polyethylene films with Bi electrodes are studied in the high-temperature region ranging from about 300 to 400K. Four TSC peaks P1, P3, P′3, and P3 are observed in ascending order of temperature. As for the two main peaks P1 and P3, the peak temperature Tm and the relative peak intensity are examined. Tm for P1 depends not only on the initial surface potential Ui of the sample but also on the sample thickness d. It decreases from 365 to 330 K as Ui/d2 increases from 1.1 × 1011 to 2.1 × 1012 V/m2. On the contrary, Tm for P3 is about 397 K and independent of Ui and d. Values of peak intensity ratio P3/P1 also depend on both, Ui and d. From these results, it is concluded that P1, is a transport TSC peak, while P3 is a usual TSC peak. Vier Maxima P1, P2, P′3 und P3 werden in steigender Ordnung der Temperatur be-obachtet. Für die beiden Hauptmaxima P1 und P3 werden die Peaktemperaturen Tm und die relativen Peakintensitaten bestimmt. Tm für P1 hängt nicht nur von dem ursprünglichen Oberflächenpotential Ui der Probe sondern auch von der Probendicke d ab. Sie nimmt von 365 auf 330 K ab, wenn Ui/d2 von 1,1 × 1011 auf 2,1 × 1012 V/m2 ansteigt. Im Gegensatz dam beträgt Tm für P3 etwa 397 K und ist unabhiingig von Ui und d. Die Werte des Peakintensitätsverhält-nisses P3/P1 hängen ebenfalls sowohl von Ui als auch von d ab. Aus diesen Ergebnissen wird ge-schlossen, daß P1, ein Transport-TSC-Maximum ist, während P3 ein normales TSC-Maximum ist." @default.
