We show that this suppression is fictitious: In inclusive decays, the ratio of these two amplitudes is only suppressed by ${g}_{s}/(4ensuremath{pi})$, and in exclusive decays by ${ensuremath{Lambda}}_{mathrm{Q}mathrm{C}mathrm{D}}/{m}_{b}$. The suppression is not stronger in ${overline{B}}^{0}ensuremath{rightarrow}{X}_{d}ensuremath{gamma}$ decays than it is in ${overline{B}}^{0}ensuremath{rightarrow}{X}_{s}ensuremath{gamma}$. We estimate that the time dependent $CP$ asymmetries in $Bensuremath{rightarrow}{K}^{*}ensuremath{gamma}$, $ensuremath{rho}ensuremath{gamma}$, ${K}_{S}{ensuremath{pi}}^{0}ensuremath{gamma}$, and ${ensuremath{pi}}^{+}{ensuremath{pi}}^{ensuremath{-}}ensuremath{gamma}$ are of order 0.1 and that they have significant uncertainties." @default.
