- W2155587715 abstract "AbstractAg@AgX/N,F-TNTs were synthesised by two successive steps of hydrothermal and deposition–precipitation process. First, the N,F co-doped TiO2 nanotubes (N,F-TNTs) were prepared by hydrothermal synthetic process, followed by a deposition–precipitation method combined with photoreduction method to prepare Ag@AgX modified N,F-TiO2 nanotubes. This research mainly investigated the influence of different kinds of silver halides on the photocatalytic performance and aimed to reveal the preliminary mechanism. The influence of AgX compositing on the microstructures, optical properties and phase composition of samples was investigated by employing the TEM, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and ultraviolet (UV)–visible diffuse reflection spectra measurements.
