Therefore to attract the students’ students’ satisfaction matters a lot for universities. In this work a self-structured survey questionnaire was used that emerged after the review of the relevant literature. The questionnaire was based on two main options; satisfaction and importance levels having three point Likert-scales on each option. The results are based on pilot study of PhD research and sample comprised of 141 students of master level. The findings were made on calculating mean and standard deviation values. It was concluded from the calculated results that students’ level of satisfaction was moderate on teachers’ generic competency while reported high level of importance of these abilities." @default.
