Jenis peneltian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Experimental (Nonequivalent Group Comparison) yang terdiri dari satu kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas XI TAV 2 dan satu kelas control yaitu kelas XI TAV 3. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 2 Surabaya. Respon para ahli terhadap kelayakan perpaduan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share dengan metode guided note taking adalah dinyatakan layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran, dengan hasil rating validasi Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) 79,583%, Bahan Ajar 75,589%. Sedangkan hasil rating untuk respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran ini sebesar 83,97%. Untuk hasil belajar siswa didapatkan ttest sebesar 8,755 dan ttabel sebesar 1,67. Pada pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-t satu pihak kanan dapat disimpulkan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan perpaduan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share dengan metode guided note taking lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional pada Standar Kompetensi Memperbaiki CD Player kelas XI TAV SMK  Negeri 2 Surabaya. Kata kunci : model, metode,  hasil belajar dan respon siswa.
