Surveys of several blended or hybrid e-training showed some gaps in determining the factors involving meaningful learning with the hybrid method. Initial framework of this study facilitate the construction of a questionnaire to measure usefulness of hybrid e-training. The questionnaire consists of five factors which are (i) content, (ii) delivery (iii) outcome (iv) service and (v) structure. After going through the process of principal component analysis, hybrid e-training eventually were classified into five factors as in the original questionnaire with slightly less items and a change of one factor name, namely (i) content, (ii) delivery (iii) outcome (iv) interactivity and (v) structure. This paper shows how this process is carried out and further discuss the findings based on theory and practice." @default.
