Secondly; two modes of political communicative interaction are introduced; including ”reason-oriented arguing” and ”power-oriented bargaining.” Researchers distinguish between reason-giving and power-manipulating manoeuvres by recognising whether the proposals share the same discursive formation as the reference pool.
