En la comparación intragrupos, el test de Wilcoxon presentó una mejora significativa (Δ = –5,07; p = 0,0001) y equilibrio postural (–3,38; p = 0,0001) en el GE. El test de Kruskal-Wallis, seguido del intervalo de confianza, presentó respuestas positivas en el GE en el dolor lumbar y en el equilibrio postural (intervalo de confianza = –68,81/–1,89). En la prueba de la χ2 se observó una reducción significativa en el uso de medicamentos del GE en el análisis intragrupo (χ2 = 44,86; p = 0,0001) y en el intergrupo (χ2 = 55,22; p = 0,0001). Se puede decir que el tratamiento con RDM supone una mejora significativa del dolor lumbar y del equilibrio postural de los trabajadores industriales, así como una reducción del uso de medicamentos. To evaluate the effect of Muscular Dynamic Reeducation (RDM) in low back pain and postural balance in the reduction of the need for medications by the industry workers. The sample was selected and divided randomly into experimental group (EG: n = 41, age = 41 ± 4 years), in which the RDM was performed, and control group (CG; n = 42, age = 42 ± 5 years). The procedures used were the Borg scale and the stabilometric and posturometric platform to evaluate postural balance. The RDM method was used with 20-minute sessions, twice a week for 12 weeks. In the intragroup comparison, the Wilcoxon test showed a significant improvement (Δ = –5.07; p = 0.0001) and postural balance (–3.38; P=.0001) in the EG. The Kruskal-Wallis, followed by the confidence interval (CI), that had positive responses towards the EG group in low back pain and postural balance (CI = –68.81/–1.89).The χ2 test showed a significant reduction in the use of medications of the EG in the intragroup analysis (χ2 = 44.86; P=.0001) and in the interruptions (χ2 = 55.22; P=.0001).
