- W2177591211 abstract "We have discussed how neutrino masses and oscillations are radiatively generated in an ${mathrm{SU}(3)}_{L}ifmmodetimeselsetexttimesfi{}{U(1)}_{N}$ gauge model with a symmetry based on ${L}_{e}ensuremath{-}{L}_{ensuremath{mu}}ensuremath{-}{L}_{ensuremath{tau}}$ $(ensuremath{equiv}{L}^{ensuremath{'}}).$ The model is characterized by lepton triplets ${ensuremath{psi}}^{i}=({ensuremath{nu}}^{i}{,l}^{ensuremath{-}i}{,E}^{ensuremath{-}i}),$ where ${E}^{ensuremath{-}i}$ are negatively charged heavy leptons, an ${mathrm{SU}(3)}_{L}$ triplet Higgs scalar $ensuremath{xi},$ and a singlet Higgs scalar ${k}^{++}.$ These Higgs scalars can be interpreted as a Zee and Zee-Babu scalar for radiative mechanisms. We have demonstrated that the mass hierarchy of $ensuremath{Delta}{m}_{mathrm{atm}}^{2}ensuremath{gg}ensuremath{Delta}{m}_{ensuremath{bigodot}}^{2}$ arises as a consequence of the dynamical hierarchy between ${L}^{ensuremath{'}}$-conserving one-loop effects and ${L}^{ensuremath{'}}$-violating two-loop effects, where ${L}^{ensuremath{'}}$ is broken softly in the Higgs potential, and that our model is relevant to yield a quasivacuum solution for the solar neutrino problem." @default.
