- W2182178106 abstract "Theinfluences offerrite nanoNi-Zn powders on blood andcells ofrats arestudied bybiological andphysiological methods, wheretheferrite nanoNi-Zn powders aremadeby high-temperature oxidized method. Thesuspension solutions with theconcentration oflmg/mlareobtained through theferrite nanoNi-Zn powders toaddintothesaline solution. Whenthe suspension solutions areinjected intothebloodoflOrats in experimental groupfromtrail's veinevery twodays, butthe10 rats inthecontrolled group areonlyinjected bythesaline solution, wemeasure thebloodindexes ofALT,AST,ALB,CRE,BUN, RBC,WBC, HB andwholebloodviscosity ofratsforthe experimental andcontrolled groups after 9days. We find that the amountofleucocytes inthebloods intheexperimental groupis considerably large thanthat inthecontrolled group(p<<0.05) ,by contrast tothis, theamountoferythrocytes inthecontrolled group isconsiderably highthanthatintheexperimental group (p<<O.O1) Theobvious differences showthattheferrite nanoNi-Zn powders havetheevident biological effect andcan change thebiochemical andgeneral indexes ofblood oftherats. We measureandcollect theinfrared spectra ofabsorption of hemaglobins inthebloods after injection offerrite nanoNi-Zn powders andfind thevariations ofthestrengths andwavenumbers ofpeaksintheir infrared spectra. Thisshowsthemolecular structure ofhematoglobin changes insuchacase. Justso, the above biological effects offerrite nanoNi-Zn powders occur." @default.
