- W2183234767 abstract "The objective of this study is to examine deviant behaviour in workplace which may be due to negative perception of employees towards organisational justice (distributive and procedural justice). Data was gathered from a sample of 279 operational hotel employees in Penang, Malaysia. Results from regression analyses revealed that procedural justice has a significant negative effect on the three forms of deviant behaviours. Distributive justice, on the other hand, was not significantly affects deviant behaviours. Theoretical and managerial implications of the findings were discussed." @default.
