Nowadays, knowledge management is a major competitive strategies. An effective knowledge management proposal requires the adoption of a specific organizational structure at the site of the projects, to consider the co-management, technological mediation, and an organizational culture that emphasizes socialization and systematization of experiences in the site. The use of a maturity and knowledge management model proposed by the authors, allows to analyze the flows characteristic of a construction project to observe the level of co-management that facilitate the socialization and systematization of project knowledge. This document presents the general characteristics of the model, the organizational structures used in the project site, and the levels of co-management that facilitate socialization and systematization of key project information.In the analysis of the different variants of organization in site, it is observed that higher levels of co-management are located in the provision of resources for different work fronts, not for information flows, procedures and strategies, the latter resting on the project manager. The improvement of co-management in these latter areas, facilitate socialization and systematization of key project information, significantly supporting knowledge management in construction companies." @default.
