Research parƟ cipants reported perceiving the greatest level of respect from their coworkers, as compared to their supervisors and customers. Mean saƟ sfacƟ on responses indicated some level of job saƟ sfacƟ on. Respect and job saƟ sfacƟ on measures were significantly correlated (p < .01). The strongest relaƟ onship existed between employees' perceived respect from coworkers and current job saƟ sfacƟ on (r = .61).
