However, limited researches are available on whether or not fairness perceptions can foster the teacher’s job satisfaction employed by higher education institutions of Pakistan. Hence, this study is focused on exploring the relationship between organizational justice (and dimensions) and job satisfaction while taking faculty designation into consideration. For this purpose, data was collected from 463 faculty members serving in public and private HEIs of Pakistan. Regression analyses were employed to address the research question.
