Bothb55. andb557indepleted mito- chond,ria arereduced inanaerobiosis bysuccinate. Withascorbate plusN,N'-tetramethvl . phenylenediamine assubstrate, b55.isonlypartiallv reduced inanaerobiosis, whileb is completely reduced indepleted mitochondria. Thisobserved difference ineaseofreducibility provides another methodfordifferentiating the3 cytochromes b ofmitochondria isolated from plant tissues." @default.
