The focus of this study is to determine the employee engagement level atSt. John Freight Systems Limitedand its adequacy and to compare it with the business performance to det ermine whether there is a direct relationship and what impact the level of engagement has had on the business performance.This study is made through questionnaire survey, comprising thirty one questions Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, weight ed average and co efficient correlation are used for data analysis. Based on the findings, Suggestions are provided, which will surely give the company a good view on the enhancement of employee engagement.
