Despite the increase in attention given to the study of workplace commitments, there still appears to be considerable confusion and disagreement about what commitment is where it is directed and how it develops. This study tries to link the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior as a consequent of the dimensions of commitment in the banking sector of Pakistan. By using the correlation, it is found that certain dimensions of commitment influence specific determinants of organizational citizenship behavior." @default.
