- W2187848578 abstract "In this paper, analytical data of coal samples were employed to research the great difference of fluorine content between coal and gangue. The result showed mean fluorine of coal samples collected in different parts of China was 304×10 -6 while that of gangue was surprisingly 1319×10 -6 , especially fluorine content of coal ash from Bangmai in Yunnan reached 4800×10 -6 . Fluorine contamination become very heavy when burning the coal, and using the gangue in coal to produce the power is an main way to handle it, so the course of using the gangue including the waster residue which could probably cause the contamination should be paid enough attention. A detailed compare was done between the data about the fluorine in coal published in the overseas and the home, and an introduction also be made in the form, occurrence of fluorine in coal and the hazard to human’s health. As indicated by Baoshan Zheng, there are some coal samples containing high fluorine which are derived from fluorine area in the 328 samples, so the calculated W(F) average value 248×10 -6 is higher, the real one is about 200× 10 -6 .In comparison, the arithmetic average value of W ( F) in the coal of foreign countries is usually about 100× 10 -6 .The average value in America, Australia former soviet union is 98×10 -6 , 110×10 -6 , 100×10 -6 . According to the available information at home and abroad, the majority W ( F) average value in the coal is between 100× 10 -6 and 150× 10 -6 .The value above 300× 10 -6 belongs to the high fluorine coal, some samples may exceed 1000× 10 -6 ,the maximum abnormal value detected is 4800× 10 -6 now. It is observed from the data: The fluorine content in the gangue is higher by a factor of ten than the average content. As follows: the fluorine content in the gangue is above 1000× 10 -6 in the soleplate,top tray and false roof in the Shanxi formation in the southern Anhui province, the mudstone in Ningwu Antaibao in Shanxi province and the Taiyuan formation of Yaomeng generating power in Henan province. There are many differences of the fluorine contents in the coal of diverse positions of sampling, for example, the average fluorine content of the coal in some ore lands in Shandong province is 148.7× 10 -6 , whereas the one in Shanxi province is 364.75× 10 -6 ;Even in the same sampling position of the coal seam, the fluorine contents are different. The fluorine content of some coal samples in the Taiyuan formation in Yaomeng generation station in Henan province amounts to 1470× 10 -6 ,whereas other average value only amount up to:300× 10 -6 , in which the fluorine content in the gangue is up to 2560× 10 -6 .The reason that the fluorine in the gangue is higher is related to the geological conditions forming the coal seams." @default.
