In the present work the electrodynamic characteristics of the multilayered SDS with diffraction grating are studied. 'The considered SDS iformed of two semiconductor layers are placed on dielecUic substrates, between which diffraction grating is'sandwiched. The whole structure is situated on metal shielded dielectric The considered structure can be a component of space microcircuits 141. Let's note that in 17.1 the similar sandwich type structures were considered, where the electrdynamic approach to' solving for such a st,mcture was presented. but it was considered only one semiconductor layer with stream. In the present work the structure with two semiconductor layers that have different physical and'dynamical features has been investigated. The semiconductor samples may be as n-type as well as ptype. The investigated electrodynamic structure is in longitudinal strong magnetic field that provides one-dimensional charge carriers drift in semiconductor.
