The thickness ofallthinfilms is30nm.TheXRD results fromboth methodsshowstrongly peaksinorientation of(2001 planeasoc- phasemonoclinic structure. By anon-off switching controlled temperature, theintensity ofXRD peaksisincreased with increasing substrate temperature. Whileintensity ofXRD results fromaphasecontrolled temperature showsincreasing from27to 100°Cbutdecreasing from120to150'C.TheCuPcgrownat150 'Cexhibits nanorod-like structure obtained froman on-off switching temperature control andfiber-like structures obtained froma phasetemperature controls. Theoptical absorptions of CuPcthinfilmsofbothmethodsdetermined fromUV-VIS spectrophotometer showtwostrong peaks at330nm and620nm, denoted theB-bandandQ-band, respectively.
