Evidence indicates that educational background has positive effect on personal income and highly educated people have higher income. At the same time, vocational high school graduates have higher income than ordinary high school graduates. Training, foreign language and open character have positive effect on personal income and working-year has negative effect on personal income. At last, according to the result, some suggestions are put forward in the paper." @default.
