This study investigated perceptions of elders' resilience among social work students, and the variables that inform those perceptions. The findings of this study suggest that the variables influencing respondents' perceptions of elders' resilience included (a) perceptions of elders' vulnerability, (b) perceptions of elders' actions to treat themselves, (c) perceptions of elders' seeking professional help, and (d) the respondents' educational program.
