The high-throughput DNA sequencing approach has also been used in novel gene discovery and gene expression analysis. By sequencing such libraries, one can gain valuable information about the genome and the identity, as well as the prevalence of individual messages between the cell’s nucleus and transcriptional machinery. Such knowledge can be invaluable in the quest to elucidate complex biological systems. Unfortunately, the preparation of a quality template DNA can be a time-consuming and costly hurdle on the path to efficient library sequencing. Here, we present a quick and reliable high-throughput approach to inexpensive DNA purification. This method is also suitable for the expeditious processing of whole colony or plaque polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products ()." @default.
