In this paper we first illustrate the hierarchical and analytical concept framework of internet business model. Based on that framework, a latecomer strategy of internet business model innovation is put forward. This strategy includes stages of classification research, operation research and implementation research. Then we take taobao.com and ebay.com for examples to illustrate this latecomer strategy.
