- W2236071272 abstract "[Objective] To explore the change of T-lymphocytes in relation with AIDS complicated with tuberculosis. [Methods] By comparing and analyzing to the number of T-lymphocytes of 62 cases of AIDS complicated with tuberculosis, 146 cases of AIDS and 118 cases of tuberculosis with the same period, during Jun. 2005 to Sept. 2008. [Results] There were significant differences in CD4+ cell count between AIDS with tuberculosis, and AIDS than tuberculosis. CD4+ cell count had no significant difference between the AIDS with tuberculosis and AIDS. When CD4+ cell count was less than 350 / mm3, incidence of AIDS complicated with tuberculosis was 88.71% , when CD4+ cell count was more than 350 / mm3, and the incidence was 11.29%. There was a significant difference between the two groups. [Conclusion] Number of T-lymphocytes is decreased significantly in AIDS complicated with tuberculosis, the immune functions of AIDS complicated with tuberculosis are severe destroyed. While, the different level CD4+ cell counting leads to the different probability of tuberculosis infection, there is a close relationship. Thus T-lymphocytes, especially CD4+ cell counts can be used as of important reference index of developing opportunistic infection prevention for AIDS patients." @default.
