Compared to the private sector, it is a specific environment that is governed by the Constitution of the Slovak Republic, as well as other legislation. It is a space where it is possible to act only on the basis, within limits and in the manner determined by legislation. The aim of the work is to point out the differences in the recruitment process in the public administration and in Slovak companies.
