- W2247646587 abstract "Flower-like MoS2 modified reduced graphene oxide (MoS2-rGO) nanocomposites have been successfully synthesized by using one-spot hydrothermal method. The morphology and structure of the MoS2-rGO nanocomposite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and Raman spectra. The MoS2-rGO was used as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) and was used to immobilize hemoglobin (Hb) to fabricate a mediator-free biosensor. As anode materials for lithium-ion batteries, MoS2-rGO displayed excellent specific capacity in the initial discharge and charge capacities of 1785 and 1435 mAh g−1 with excellent cycling stability. Meanwhile, the prepared mediator-free biosensors displayed good performance for the detection of H2O2 with a wide linear range of 0.1 to 250 μM and a high sensitivity of 346.6 μA mM−1 cm−2, as well as an extremely low detection limit of 25 nM. This work suggests that MoS2-rGO is a potential electrode material not only for lithium-ion batteries but also for mediator-free biosensor." @default.
