- W2250225392 abstract "TUBITAK Marmara Arastirma Merkezi OZET: Bu arastirmanin amaci, calisanlarin bireysel basari gudusu ve organizasyonel bagliliklari arasindaki iliskinin olculmesidir. Bu amacla faktorler arasindaki iliskileri test edebilmek icin olusturulan anket modeli, kamu sektorunde faaliyet gosteren 412 adet calisan (teknik personel/ yonetici) uzerinde uygulanmistir. Arastirmada ele alinan faktorler; basari gudusu ile ilgili olarak basariya inanma, farkli olma, odaklanma ve bireysel sorumluluk alma, organizasyonel baglilik ile ilgili olarak ise duygusal baglilik, devamlilik bagliligi ve normatif bagliliktir. Arastirma sonuclarina gore; duygusal baglilik ile basariya inanma ve farkli olma degiskenleri arasinda pozitif yonde, bireysel sorumluluk alma degiskeni arasinda ise negatif yonde bir iliski oldugu gorulmektedir. Devamlilik (zorunluluk) bagliligi ve normatif (ahlaki) baglilik degiskenleri ile sadece bireysel sorumluluk alma degiskeni arasinda pozitif bir iliski oldugu tespit edilmistir. Organizasyonel baglilik degiskenlerinin, odaklanma degiskeni ile aralarinda herhangi bir iliskinin olmadigi dikkati cekmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Basari gudusu, Organizasyonel baglilik. ABSTRACT: The purpose of the research is to determine the relationship between individual achievement motive and organizational commitment of employees. With this purpose, to be able to test the relationships between the factors data collected from 412 employees (technical / management staff) working in different public organizations. The factors which have been studied in the research are; about achievement motive (confidence in success, competitiveness - status orientation, focus on work, in charge of individual task) and organizational commitment (affective commitment, continuance or calculative commitment and normative commitment). According to the analysis results; the factors which affect positively to personnel's perception of affective commitment are; confidence in success and being different. The factor which affects negatively to personnel's perception of affective commitment is in charge of individual task. The factor which affect positively to personnel's perception of continuance commitment and normative commitment is in charge of individual task. The results of this research show that there isn't any relationship between factor of focus on work and all organizational commitment factors." @default.
