- W2254336483 abstract "???(thiazole)為天然物thiangazole，mirabazoles B與tantazole等生物鹼的基本構造單位。因具有抗病毒與抗腫瘤活性引起天然物化學家與合成化學家的濃厚興趣。 另一方面合成的arylalkylthiazoline，arylvinylthiazoline與arylaminothiazoline也發現具有抗寄生蟲、抗黴菌的活性，因此本研究合成一系列2-alkylthio-2-thiazoline作為上述合成化合物的類似物(analogs)。 本研究的合成法是利用Mitsunobu反應，將醇類與2-mercaptothiazoline在triphenylphosphine(TPP)與diisopropyl azodicarboxylate(DIAD)存在下直接進行脫水反應，結果得到2-alkylthio-2-thiazoline為主產物，也得到N-substituted 1,3-thiazoline-2-thiones的異構物。當結構鑑定時發現，除了核磁共振光譜以外發現在EI/MS有兩特徵斷裂碎片，即[M+-61]與[M+-118]可以用來區別此兩種異構物。 本研究除了發現兩異構物的質譜特徵之外，所製備的化合物可供抗黴菌、抗寄生蟲的篩選。" @default.
