- W225651328 abstract "【目的】本研究の目的は，新たに開発された多方位口唇閉鎖力測定装置を用いて，永久前歯被蓋完成初期における口唇閉鎖力の特性を把握するとともに，その体格・体力との関連を検討することである．【対象および方法】長野県下の小学４年生児童242名を対象とし，野外調査にて，口唇閉鎖力，身長，体重，握力，咬合力をそれぞれ測定した．口唇閉鎖力は，最大努力での口すぼめ運動時の多方位口唇閉鎖力を測定した．口唇閉鎖力の性差の有無，全８方向における口唇閉鎖力の総和（総合力）と各方向別口唇閉鎖力との関連，対称的方向別口唇閉鎖力間の関連さらに，総合力と体格（身長，体重）ならびに体力（握力，咬合力）との関連について統計学的解析を行った．【結果】男児の総合力は女児に比し有意に大きかった．方向別口唇閉鎖力は，垂直方向，斜め方向，水平方向の順で大きかった．総合力は水平方向を除く各方向別口唇閉鎖力との間に中等度～強い相関が見られた．また垂直方向，水平方向，斜め方向で相対する方向別口唇閉鎖力の間には弱い～中等度の相関が認められ，大きさにも対称性が認められた．女児では，身長，体重，握力，咬合力と口唇閉鎖力との間に弱い相関が認められたのに対し，男児では，体重，握力との間に弱い相関を認めた．【結論】永久前歯被蓋完成初期における口すぼめ時の口唇閉鎖力に方向特異性が認められた．また口唇閉鎖力は随意運動能力と関連があることが示唆された．" @default.
