- W2262310982 abstract "暑熱環境における作業は体温上昇をまねき，熱中症の発症を誘発する．作業中には身体冷却の方法が制限されることや，作業による筋活動の熱産生を抑えることは難しいことから，作業前や休憩中に身体冷却を行い，体温を低下させておくことが重要となる．我々は，労働現場で実施することが可能な実用的で簡便な方法による身体冷却について最近研究を行ってきた．従来，実験的な身体冷却方法は冷水への全身浸漬であり，大量の冷やした水とバスタブが必要であった．これは少数人に施す前提で大きな装置を必要とし，身体への寒冷ストレスが大きいというデメリットがあった．したがって，労働現場において多くの作業者が限られたスペースで実施でき，さらに寒冷ストレスがマイルドな身体冷却方法を考案する必要があった．本文では，扇風機とスプレー，少量の水による手足の浸漬とクールベストの着用の組み合わせによる身体冷却方法が，深部体温をどの程度減少させ，作業中の暑熱負担を軽減させるかについて我々の研究成果を中心に述べる．" @default.
