- W2267951278 abstract "[Objective] To investigate the relationship between simple obesity and subhealth factors among the juveniles. [Methods] By using the 85th percentile of BMI (weight/height2) which was recommended by WHO as simple obesity among the juveniles between 6 and 18 years old, 74 juveniles were randomly sampled (male 47, female 27, ages between 6 and 16 years old) as the obesity group from 1977 students, while 31 physically eligible students were randomly sampled as the control group, Index changes of blood pressure, liver ultrasound were detected. [Results] Among 74 juveniles 29 (39.19%) had fatty liver, 24 (35.15%) of them with hypertension and the blood viscosity of 22 (29.73%) students was abnormal in the obesity group. There was no significant difference in the values of TC, HDL-C, ApoA and Glu between the obesity group and the control group (P＞0.05), while the difference of the values of TG, LDL-C, ApoB, Hs-CRP and ALT was significant between the two groups(P＜0.01). [Conclusion]The subhealth factors of simple obesity among the juveniles in Xiangtan city mainly include TG, LDL-C, ApoB, Hs-CRP, ALT and INS." @default.
