Physical examination showed that the patient was commatous (GCS=3), medium developed OMC weakly feded, dry and normally colored skin and mucous membrane,dispnoic, with tachycardia (f=96/min), normotensive (120/80), subfebrile, and gave impression of heavy patient. Glucotest showed glicaemia 1,2mmol/l. Team decided for immediately transport to the hospital with appliance all of resuscitation measures. Team opened the airway with deflection of head, and applied the airway tube to secure the airway. Patient was ventilated with appliance of oxygen with flow of 6bl/min. Venous trace was opened with braunilla and it was administrated hypertonic glucosis. Because of dispnea it is administrated one ampula of Aminophillinum (10ml/250mg intravenous). During the transport the patient progressively awake from the coma, with psichomotoric disturbance, and she tried to get up, so team was forced to apply physical restrain. On the hospital acceptance at 11,00 AM patient was conscious (GCS=15), reacting on external stimulation, oriented in time and space, above himself and the others, eupnoical, tachicardial (f=100/min), normotensive (145/85), subfebril (37,7ｰC), gave the impression of medium heavy patient. Glucotest shows glicaemia 3,0 mmol/ l, and the saturation of oxygen was 97%. There is an acetone positive find in the urine. Patient further treatment was with phisiologycal liquid, Ringer liquid and appliance of antibiotics." @default.
