- W2275778884 abstract "The better process of the Ni-P/nano-Ti(C,N) electroless composite plating on hard alloy and the influences of heat treatment parameter on the hardness of this deposited film are systematically studied. The result shows that: (1) The significance influence on the electroless composite processing of the factors decreases according to the order: the temperature>pH>the concentration of nano-Ti(C,N)>X(Ni(superscript 2+)/H2 PO2(superscript -)); (2)The better electroless composite processing is proposed as follows: NiC12 of 28g/L, NaH2 PO2 of 25.76g/L, NH4Cl of 50g/L, natrium citricum of 45g/L, PbCl2 of 0.00lg/L, nano-Ti(C,N) of 6g/L, pH of 10 and the plating temperature of 80℃; (3)The better heat treatment processing is proposed as follows: temperature 400℃, holding time 45min. Under the operating conditions of the scheme, the experiment gets the hardness of Ni-P/nano-Ti(C,N) electroless composite coating 2.16 times as hard as the hard alloy.
