- W2276073778 abstract "This study aimed to investigate the significance of relationship between staff efficiency in Department of Education in Gerash city based on Adams' theory of equality perception and organizational commitment in the year 2014-2015. This is an applied descriptive-correlational research using field data. The population of this study included all employees of the Department of Education of Gerash city in year 2014-2015 (16 people). Research data was collected using census method. The survey instrument was two researcher-made questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multivariate regression and Pearson correlation tests. According to this study, all four studied models had acceptable significance. Perception of equality had the highest forecast on the overall variable of organizational commitment (beta equal to 0.76) and had the lowest forecast on emotional dimension of organizational commitment (beta equal to 0.21).Among the employees of the Department of Education of Gerash city, those with higher perceived equality were more committed to their organization and vice versa. In the present study, the quantity of perceived equality or organizational commitment are not intended but the correlation between these two variables is discussed. Accordingly, deductions indicating whether these employees are more loyal to their organization or not are all wrong. Keywords: Adams' perception of equality, organizational commitment, emotional dimension, normative dimension, continuous dimension" @default.
