In the proton-unbound excitation energy region, four prominent peaks (${E}_{x}=11.61, 12.67, 13.26, mathrm{and} 14.33$ MeV) from the $^{27}mathrm{Al}(^{3}mathrm{He}, d)^{28}mathrm{Si}$ reaction and three peaks (${E}_{x}=6.59, 8.08, mathrm{and} 10.17$ MeV) from the $^{28}mathrm{Si}(^{3}mathrm{He}, d)^{29}mathrm{P}$ reaction, are reported and analyzed for the first time. The data have been analyzed in terms of the DWBA theory, using optical model and other relevant parameters determined in a previous paper on the ground state transitions. In general, satisfactory fits to the experimental angular distributions are obtained.
